Today I'm gonna show you one recipe I've used to cook delicious chicken friend steak. So good, it's better than KFC! (Ok maybe I exaggerate) but it sure comes close!

Here are the things you need to prepare for this meal:
3 pounds tenderized beef
1 egg
2 cups milk, at room temperature
3 cups flour
1 tsp of Garlic powder
1⁄2 tsp of Salt
2 Cups Rice bran Oil
1⁄2 tsp of Pepper
1/3 tsp of sugar

Once you've have those, next you whisk the eggs and the milk in a bowl. (Around 8 minutes) Then you combine the flour, salt, sugar, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Next, fill a skillet with quarter inch rice bran oil and heat to 345 degrees.

Cut the steak into the size you want and dip each cutlet in the egg/milk whisked mixture. After doing that, slowly place it into hot oil and cook for abut 5 minutes. Make sure it's golden brown before turning it over to cook the other side.

There you have it! A perfect rice bran oil chicken fried steak!

Bran Rice Oil

Are you looking for information on bran rice oil? Well, you've come to just the right post! Rice bran oil food use has been commercially produced in the United States by RITO since 1994. It has commonalities to many other common vegetable oils, rice bran oil offers several unique properties that make it exciting as a specialty oil in niche markets. It has a very appealing nut-like flavor and once extracted is stable with good fry-life. But perhaps its most notable feature is its high level of components of gamma-oryzanol and tocotrienols.
The bran fraction, which includes the germ or embryo in most milling operations, represents only about 8% of paddy weight but contains about three-fourths of the total oil (Juliano and Bechtel, 1985; Lu and Luh, 1991). Containing about 15-20% oil (the same general range of soybeans), rice bran is commercially feasible for oil extraction. Hope this information on bran rice oil is of use to you!

Look out for the next post where I'll show you some tasty recipes you can use with rice bran oil.

If you're looking for pictures of bran

Pictures of bran

Hello, are you looking for pictures of bran and bran oil or rice?
